Well, it turns out that such is our Oreo addiction (thank you, America) that Cadbury have gone one step further: by releasing two flavoured Oreo bars.
Sure, they’ve already got an original Oreo bar, but Oreos are so versatile.
They go with everything. Milk. Ice cream. Jam. Nutella. Peanut butter.
Which is why Cadbury Dairy Milk is launching Oreo Peanut Butter and Oreo Mint – both of which will be available from March.
‘We are delighted to add these two sumptuous new flavours to the classic Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo, giving chocolate lovers even more ways to enjoy their favourite treat,’ said Joanna Dias, Brand Manager at Mondeléz International.
‘Tasty and irresistible, the peanut butter variant will appeal to those who love the current peanut butter trend, while the delicious mint flavour will no doubt delight those who love a classic combination’.
We obviously had to try both bars, and the main consensus was that both were excellent.
The minty flavour is like a much-improved Aero (those holes were always too distracting) while the peanut butter taste is just peanut-y enough. Both won a unanimous seal of approval from the Metro.co.uk office.
